Project Description
In 2003, Engenuity Group became the Consulting Engineer for the Town of Manalapan in Palm Beach County. Our services include surveying, plan review, drainage issues, homeowner issues, road beautification, DOT assistance, mapping and NPDES permitting. Annually we submit the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) report to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection on the Town’s behalf.
Engenuity Group has mapped the Town’s boundary, zoning, and addresses in order to better facilitate the Town’s staff in addressing the needs of the residents. This mapping included the current aerial photography in order to superimpose all the information into one mapped document.
