Steeplechase is in the process of improving their roadway infrastructure as it has reached its serviceable life span. Engenuity Group, Inc. recently completed the design of over 6 miles of milling and resurfacing. The project also included some drainage improvements to their main entrance as well as the main thoroughfare through the development, Steeplechase Drive.
