Project Description
This expansion project involves removing an existing parking lot and constructing an 11,000 SF addition to the existing facility located in Central Palm Beach County. Engenuity Group was enlisted by Shive-Hattery Architects to provide professional engineering services for the development of this 2.4 acre tract of land that included providing information and technical data to Site Planner to submit for site plan approval.
Civil engineering services included conceptual engineering plans, construction drawings for drainage, grading and paving, wastewater and water, providing technical specifications, attendance at coordination meetings, preparation of horizontal control plan and Pollution Prevention Plan, submittal of permit applications to multiple agencies, providing construction observation services and preparation of certificates of completion.
The new facility will offer expanded services capability to a growing need here in South Florida.
