Project Description

The project consists of the development of a 30,000 SF office building and the associated parking, utility and site improvements. It will be located on the south side of Okeechobee Boulevard in the City of West Palm Beach, Florida. The total site area is 3.7 acres. Engenuity Group obtained topographic survey information onsite, prepared construction drawings and specifications, performed drainage calculations, and applied for construction permits.
