Project Description
Engenuity Group is responsible for providing professional surveying and engineering services for the development of Oswego Oaks Park, located in the Westgate/Belvedere Homes Community Redevelopment Agency in Palm Beach County, FL. The property is comprised of three parcels of land which is being combined to create the new park.
Tasks performed for the development of the park site include providing grading and drainage design, permitting assistance with various agencies, construction observation, administration, and certification, drainage statements, specifications, creating a schedule of values, cost benefit analysis, and preparing various sketch and descriptions throughout the different phases of the project.
