Project Description
In 1999, Engenuity Group was first selected to provide limited services to the Village including surveying, drafting and miscellaneous engineering on an as-needed basis. As Wellington’s needs evolved, and to comply with more stringent storm water runoff regulations, the Surface Water Action Team (SWAT) was formed in 2003 and included Engenuity Group as a team consultant. Our duties included permit coordination with SFWMD, surveying, cost estimating and developing best management practices for storage and handling of horse manure in the southern portion (Basin B) of the Village. In 2007, and again in 2011, Engenuity Group was selected to provide on-going consulting services for civil engineering, surveying, and GIS mapping. During this time we have provided design, permitting, surveying, GIS mapping, plat reviews, reports & studies, construction administration and general consulting services on a wide variety of projects. Engenuity Group employees have attended council meetings to assist Staff in presentations as needed.
Engenuity Group has also provided assistance in obtaining CDBG funding for sidewalk curb ramp replacements throughout the Village to comply with current ADA requirements.
